This includes any hypnotherapy or CBT methodology which is used as I think appropriate (or wanted by you), in our sessions.

First session – 1 hour 15 minutes – £75

All subsequent sessions – 1 hour – £60

Couples Counselling – 1 hour 10 minutes – £70

For a specific problem, eg anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem issues, phobias/fears, weight loss, smoking and other addictions.

1 hour 30 minutes – £90

Payment is by bank transfer, cash or cheque. I don’t have the facility to take card payments.

I offer face-to-face appointments at my practice in Winchmore Hill, North London, but also conduct sessions with clients via video (through platforms such as Zoom or Skype), or on the telephone.
